  • "Working with Ally and Marcus has been a huge asset to our brand, and I am grateful to provide a testimonial. After using another agency in the past, we realized personal touch, the commitment to our brand, and their ability to innovate with P+K was invaluable. Our sales increased, our communication was enhanced, and our level of service became a priority. Over the past 24 months, we have hired 7 ambassadors through P+K, always being given 3 - 4 agency approved candidates that match our exact criteria to choose from. We have had great success in our brand ambassador program. On top of the above, there is no contract associated with P+K we have the choice in staff, financial commitment, and duration of terms. It’s been a pleasure working with Ally and Marcus and their entire team."

  • "Working with P+K for the past 4 years was true peace of mind for me and my team during the time in Canadian travel retail. I relied on them on a continuous and frequent basis for my brand activations at the airports, for recruiting promoters, both permanent and temporary and for airport, traffic, and sales insights among other things. The quality of the talents recruited was always top level and the on boarding process seamless. There was never a task or ask that I had in my mind for which I received ” that can’t be done “ which, for me, speaks about the dedication and level of partnership that they provide as an agency. I moved onto a different job, but if I could take them with me, I would with my eyes closed. If you were considering them for your business, do not hesitate to give them a chance. They are truly top talent in service."

  • "Working with Ally and the P+K team is amazing. They are always on top of things and very accessible when I need them. P+K can work within very strict timelines and delivers all the time."

  • "I have worked with Allison and the P+K team for over 9 years. I have always found their team to be courteous, professional, and very easy to work with. They have done an excellent job of recruiting quality sales people, incorporating our requests for specific candidate skills and experience. Even in these highly competitive times, they consistently find great candidates for our open positions. We have collaborated with P+K on both short-term activations and long-term brand ambassador programs and I have felt that the results have been strong."

  • "I have worked with Propelle + Konnect since early in my career ( 10+ years ) . Their level of professionalism, quality of coaching/training their brand ambassadors and attention to detail always gave me confidence in their ability to deliver. They have always had an eye for the right staff for projects and are quick to convey the brand messaging to their people. There is always a sense of elevated professionalism, working with the PK team, as if you are working with a larger company. Their people understand brands and how to convey key messaging and are always prompt for events and professional in appearance. They are also great at custom projects, project management and creative direction. You can go with them with brand work, staffing, or any number of custom opportunities and get amazing value from their input and insights"

  • "We have been working with P+K for over six years as they have been our chosen partner in staffing and recruitment at Vancouver international Airport. I have always felt confident in P+K‘s ability to recruit, hire, and train top quality candidates for our brand ambassador roles. We have always been able to count on the team at P+K to offer communication, reporting, brand awareness, and loyalty. We are thrilled to recommend P+K to work with any companies who are looking to elevate their customers' experience across the travel retail market and feel secure in their ability to drive sales and customer loyalty."

  • "In our experience, P+K is very reliable at providing highly effective, experienced, promotional staff. Ally and Marcus are very responsive and dependable and we appreciate their proactive approach and insight."
